| So is there no one in charge of this website any more? Nothing on community calendar this year! Been here for over 17 years and dues went up but service going downhill fast. Where is our dues going?

| We really enjoy this community and all the lovely homes, except for the one at 4019 Los Padres. They have been there over a month and it still looks like they are just moving in. If I wanted to look at junk like this, I would have stayed in Memphis. Get the mess cleaned up.

| I am complaining about a barking dog. Someone leaves it out at 11:30pm every night and it barks until 6am. Yes, all night long. please contact Jay he knows who these people are. They need to give the dog to someone who cares.

| quick to prey on the people when due time is here but for some reason will not get back to us for problems with lake access i pay for access but can not get to it because theres a island between me and lake 6 years i hear were gonna fix it now theres a sink hole edgeing it's way to my house, hmmm . so go and send your final notice for dues and i'll give you my insurance company info and my lawyer number for contact.. thanks ..jms

Hello,
If anyone seen a mailbox taken out / Destroyed at 4460 Okeechobee Dr. Could you please let me know who or what car or truck did it. This is the second mail box destroyed on our street in the last 2 months that I'm aware of & I'd like to report the persons or person doing this to the post master and local police so they can be charged with a felony for destruction of government & personal property.
